Imitatio Newsletter
September 2011
Dear Friend,

Welcome to the September 2011 Imitatio newsletter. Imitatio is devoted to developing René Girard's "mimetic theory" of human behavior and culture, and this newsletter shares highlights from our most recent and upcoming projects.

We're excited: more people are hearing about mimetic theory than ever before. So far this year we've seen René Girard mentioned in the New York Times, the London Guardian, and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. Imitatio works to build on this momentum so that more people's minds are enriched by Girard's ideas -- and so that talented minds will build on Girard's insights to make them even richer.

We invite you to share with us your news and ideas!
